ClovisPAC is the political action committee of the
Clovis Chamber of Commerce. Operating as an independent entity, the group
studies and reports on major issues of the community. Supporting individual
political candidates is done through the process of supporting issues which
various candidates support.
Mission Statement
It is the mission of ClovisPAC to assure that the interest of
the business community is represented in all forms and levels of government.
Purpose
The purpose of ClovisPAC is to enhance and support the Clovis
Chamber of Commerces ability to participate in the legislative, regulatory and
electoral process. ClovisPAC shall accomplish this goal by:
1. educating its members on issues affecting the legislative,
regulatory and electoral process and government in general
2. when appropriate, support, endorse or oppose city, county,
state and national issues which effect the business operating environment
3. endorsing or opposing candidates in the form of financial
contributions and/or other election activities
ClovisPAC will always support and encourage through its
participation, an ethical and competitive electoral process.
