How to Apply:
Students must fill out an application and submit it before the beginning of the
program. New classes begin just after Labor Day and run through
Memorial Day.

Who Should Apply:
This program has been developed to cultivate people who wish to be,
or have been involved in leadership positions. One of the goals is for the graduate to have developed skills
to become involved in the community. Interns should have aspirations to better
themselves as leaders and become more involved in their community.
Interns will be selected from those candidates that are interested in the
program, representing a variety of personal and professional backgrounds.
The Interns must be:
• Available to attend all scheduled meetings,
• Supported by his or her employer,
• Committed to completing the pre-assigned work and readings,
• Engage in addressing a local community issue determined by the class.
